Lunapp helps you record and understand your cycle and wellbeing. Estimates are based on your entries and may be inaccurate. Lunapp does not diagnose, treat or prevent illness and must not be used as contraception or as a substitute for professional care. For urgent symptoms, seek appropriate medical help.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and entering information you want to store. Google sign-in is optional; email sign-in is also available. Do not share your account or upload another person's private information without permission.
Lunapp is a paid subscription service with no advertising or free access tier. Eligible annual subscriptions may include a three-day introductory trial. Monthly subscriptions start with payment. The store purchase screen states your actual price, billing interval, trial eligibility and renewal date. Unless cancelled through Google Play before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically. Deleting Lunapp or your Lunapp account does not cancel the Google Play subscription. Restore purchases while signed in to the store account used to buy. Refund requests are handled under the store rules and applicable consumer law.
Community posts and comments may be reviewed before publication. Do not post harassment, dangerous advice, spam, illegal material or identifying information about other people. Use the report and block controls. We may withhold or remove content that breaks these rules. Your personal cycle records are not published to the community.
You can correct records, export your information, reset your health records and delete your account from account settings. Account-help instructions are published at https://lunapp.org/delete-account/. The planned support@lunapp.org mailbox is not currently available; do not send requests there yet. Access to account deletion and export does not require an active subscription.
We may change these terms or features. Material terms changes will be shown before you accept the new version. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
